July invites us to bask in summer’s radiant energy, rejuvenating and refreshing our entire being.  The recent Summer Solstice has reenergized us, inviting us to reflect on the innovative ideas Gemini season has left us with.  This month we seek respite in the sanctity of Cancer season’s intuitive nurturing, placing an emphasis on investing in our home life.

We would like to thank our Crystal Council Family for all of their thoughtful messages and philanthropic suggestions.  This July we have selected the Pulmonary Hypertension Association to contribute to.  The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s goal is to extend and improve the lives of those living with pulmonary hypertension, a condition of increased blood pressure within the arteries of the lungs.  Due to the added stress, arteries in the lungs of people with pulmonary hypertension are at risk of becoming damaged, narrow or stiff, which puts pressure on the right side of the heart, causing it to work harder; this can cause heart failure and ultimately death.  Individuals of all ages, races and ethnic backgrounds are susceptible to pulmonary hypertension, making awareness and education regarding this condition more necessary than ever.  This nonprofit organization relies on donations from generous contributors to fund various programs, such as a network of over 200 patient and caregiver support groups, education programs highlighting early diagnosis and pulmonary hypertension awareness, specialty care resources as well as research to prevent and cure pulmonary hypertension.  We love that the mission of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association is a world without pulmonary hypertension, empowered by hope.

This month the Crystal Council is featuring Amazonite Hearts, a stunning deep blue, turquoise or blue-green specimen that works with the throat chakra and the heart chakra.  Amazonite was discovered in 1847 in Brazil and is named after the Amazon River, where an abundance of this healing stone can be found.  A gentle, calming energy radiates from this healing stone, soothing nerves and calming the heart.  As Amazonite works with both the heart and throat chakras, this stone is excellent to keep on hand when communicating an idea, you would like to bring to fruition.
