I love my intention journal because it allows me a concrete way to set my intentions for the day. When I am finished with my intention meditation, I put the journal paper in my pocket with a corresponding crystal and allow myself to absorb those energies throughout the day.
I recently bought the intention journal because I've been having a hard time sticking to things I want to. It really helps just to write down what I want to do for myself and my energy for the week and to be able to look at it through out the week to remind myself.
