Spider Web Jasper, also known as Black Veined Jasper, is a variety of jasper with webbed linear inclusions that crystallize in mass formation. The color is a matte grey or white with a black webbing covering most of the stone. The black can become very condensed and nearly look like a solid area of color in certain pieces. Spider Web Jasper can form in the American southwest, as well as in Mexico.
