Skeletal Quartz is a name given to Quartz points that were then coated by a botryoidal Quartz layer. This secondary crystallization may include Iron impurities, which will give the outside layer a yellow tint to it. Most Skeletal Quartz is found in China and offers up enhancing powers that can affect energies throughout the chakra column. These pieces are great for grid work and can also work well in deep meditation or Reiki practice.
