I purchased the Apache tears for my daughter, who is distraught over her close friend who has cancer. This stone is are perfect for holding in the palm of your hand, and feels very comfortable and peaceful. I know it will help her get through the next couple of months. I will be purchasing another one myself, I did not know the story/meaning behind the Apache tears, and can relate very well with the Native American culture, as I believe that every crystal and stone has its own story behind it.
