I was at pool league last night. During my game for some unknown reason I unexpectedly became irritated and emotional. I immediately enclosed the arfvedsonite in my palm, and placed it also on my forehead to calm my mind and body down. It worked! I felt more at ease, and clear headed again. Love this crystal!
I love this beautiful little stone because it is just the right size for holding during a meditation or wearing in a crystal holder. I wish there were more streaks of blue, but it’s hard to get when buying something natural.
