Chinese Bladed Calcite is a variety of calcite with manganese inclusions that crystallizes in a bladed formation on a grey matrix. The color is pasty white and when under a UV light, displays a bright orange color due to the manganese impurity. This bladed variety of Mangano Calcite has occurred in Peru, but the main locality is in the Hunan Province in China.
