My stones arrived in pristine condition, as usual. A reason that I recently purchased a number of these is that they are good for hormonal changes, especially hot flashes. When hot flash starts I just hold the stone between my fingers and it stops it at the point. I recently started giving the stones to Friends to assist with other female issues and they have been reported as being very effective. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate the quality of the stones that come from the Crystal Council.
