Prophecy Stone, also known as Seeker Stone, is a unique and rare iron oxide mineral that occurs in a natural starburst formation, elongated cylinder rods, and smooth rounded nodules. The crystal composition is the pseudomorphism of Limonite and Hematite after Marcasite. This process is a natural transformation that takes place in nature when crystals and elements replace an original chemical composition. Prophecy Stone is usually dark brown in color and can only be found in the White Desert of Farafar, Egypt. This area in the southwestern part of the country is very arid and hot, which makes the collection of this crystal very challenging.
